Health and Physical Education

Physical education is a vital part of our school’s curriculum. It is compulsory for all students, as it fosters discipline, teamwork, and a structured approach to physical and mental well-being. Our physical education program is designed to meet the developmental needs of students at every stage of their schooling.

From Grade 5 Onwards

Students engage in sports like Cricket, Football, Volleyball, and Kabadi, where they learn essential skills, strategies, and sportsmanship.

Pre-KG to Grade 4

For younger students, we provide a variety of play items that promote motor skill development, coordination, and social interaction.

Children’s Play Park

Our school has established a dedicated children’s play park, offering a safe and enjoyable environment for physical activity and recreation.

Indoor Games

Alongside traditional physical education classes, students are introduced to indoor games such as Carrom and Chess, which enhance cognitive skills, strategic thinking, and concentration.

Computer Education

In today’s digital age, computer literacy is essential. As part of our core curriculum, computer education is introduced from Grade I onwards, ensuring that students gain a strong foundation in technology from an early age.
