Laboratories

Our school boasts spacious, well-equipped laboratories designed to provide students with hands-on experience and enhance their understanding of scientific and technical concepts. These include dedicated labs for:
  • Physics, Chemistry, and Biology

Fully equipped with modern apparatus and materials, these labs allow students to conduct experiments that bring theoretical concepts to life.

  • Language Lab

A specialized environment for improving communication and language skills through practice and guided activities.

  • Computer Science Lab

From Grade 6 onwards, students receive regular computer lab sessions. These are tailored to build practical programming skills, familiarize students with current software, and strengthen their overall technological proficiency.

Laboratory Rules and Guidelines

Our laboratories are spaces for learning, exploration, and discovery. To ensure a productive and safe environment, all students are expected to follow these rules and guidelines:
  • Preparation and Conduct
    • Students must arrive at the lab well-prepared, having thoroughly reviewed the relevant theory and procedure for the experiment.
    • A practical notebook is mandatory for every practical session. It serves as a record of the work done and ensures that observations and results are properly documented.
    • Observations should be neatly entered in the practical rough notebook. Using loose sheets is discouraged and considered poor practice.
    • Careful attention to detail is essential; altering or manipulating results undermines the purpose of scientific experimentation.
  • Developing a Scientific Attitude

The primary goal of laboratory sessions is to nurture a scientific mindset. Through guided experimentation, students learn to:

    • Think critically and independently.
    • Follow systematic processes.
    • Approach problems with curiosity and integrity.

By adhering to these guidelines, students not only gain technical skills but also cultivate the ethical and methodical approach that is central to true scientific inquiry.

Library Rules and Regulations

To ensure a productive and respectful environment, all students must follow these library guidelines:
  • Book Returns

Students are required to return borrowed library books within one week unless prior permission has been obtained.

  • Responsibility for Loss or Damage

If a book is lost or damaged, the student must replace it or compensate for the loss or damage.

  • No Exchanging of Books

Books borrowed from the library are for personal use only. Students may not exchange library books with others; the borrower is solely responsible for returning the book.

  • One Book at a Time

Additional books will not be issued until the previously borrowed book has been properly returned.

  • Behavior Monitoring

Student behavior in the library is closely observed to maintain a respectful atmosphere.

  • Maintain Silence

Students must strictly adhere to maintaining silence within the library to ensure a conducive environment for reading and learning.
